We want you to love your Creme De Luxe accessories. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it or

return it for a refund or credit.

 

Jewelry is returnable for a refund. Clutches and hair accessories are returnable for merchandise credit.The items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. To make a return, please email info@cremedeluxe.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for returns on custom designs, orders with custom changes, and all earrings. We regret that we can not accept returns after the wedding date*.



 

 

 

*Returns are not accepted after the wedding date under any circumstances. This includes items that do not arrive in time for your wedding if you did not rush the order and your wedding was within 3 1/2 weeks of the order date. If you order a standard order (no rush) within 3 1/2 weeks of your wedding date, and the package arrives after the wedding (or after the date you are leaving for your wedding) the items are not returnable. Please be sure that if your wedding is that close, you add rush to your order!
